Autumn Memories

If you don't already know this, my favorite season of the year is Fall. I really love it when the weather cools down from the blistering heat of the summer enough to enjoy a good cup of Hot Chocolate.
Some of my fondest memories are in this season.  Like the first weeks when the leaves start falling from the trees and you walk on the edge of the sidewalks just so you can crunch them. This is the time of year when everybody gets out (or buys) their cinnamon apple, sugar cookie, or pine tree candles and potpourri. I'm going to use my mom's house as an example. The moment I walk through her front door (I don't knock...lol...she doesn't like it!) I can smell every candle she burns; and let me tell you it is the best homey feeling in the world!
It's still warm enough to go for walks and actually enjoy it (unless you like the cold).
I must inform you guys that my birthday is also in the fall. November in fact! Awww, November......Thanksgiving Turkey, sweet potatoes, and pumpkin pie. All this talk of food is making my stomach grumble! This is the time you are so full but you don't go to sleep because tonight is when the best deals are! Day after Thanksgiving sales I hear are a blast!
Just thought I'd share some of my favorite memories of the season. :)

What are your favorite memories?
I'd really love to hear them!
xoxo
Katie
