My Review:
This was a very inspiring and uplifting book. It shows me that I have the power to change the things that are going on in my life. Kathy explains to us that we all need to look inside of ourselves to find our own natural beauty and self-worth so we can share it with the world. I've been going through some rough patches lately and I must say Why You Rock really helped! It gave me the motivation to jump start my day. I love the fact that it isn't just a book but it's a journal as well. The author gives us space to write our thoughts and inspirations down. I find the quotes featured in Why You Rock inspiring too, some examples are:

"Be Kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a harder battle.
-Plato

Love yourself unconditionally, just as you love those closest to you despite their faults.
-Les Brown.

Reasons Why YOU ROCK! would make a great inexpensive gift, not only because it's a great book ...it's also a journal and inspirational process that leads you to discover and celebrate your unique, extraordinary greatness, and use it to produce your desired life. If you want to tell someone that you think they are awesome give them a copy. What would make it an even more special gift is if you add your own personal message to it telling them why you think they are great. :) I highly recommend this motivational read.

Her knowledge and experience stems from her many years in field sales and marketing management, and also as a coach and professional speaker. I must say that I really enjoyed reading this!  I normally find it very hard to get into these kind of books because many of them seem long, tedious, and are just plain boring! I do not mean to offend anyone but that is my HONEST opinion.  Orna does a wonderful job breaking everything down while at the same time making it very interesting.  Everything in this book is entertaining but at the same time you LEARN great things!

After reading How To Perform Like a Rock Star And Still Have Time For Lunch I really do feel like I can Perform Like a Rock Star in my relationships, everyday life, and on this blog! I HIGHLY recommend reading this!

Who do I think could benefit from this book?
This is a really HARD question because I think anyone really can!

-Mothers because everyday life can be chaotic but rewarding
- College Students because it helps you identify your priorities
- Professionals because it can help you in your journey to personal success.
